Mentorship is a Peculiar Thing
It is not a teaching or a petting, it is not wizardry and magic.
It is simply lived experience, passed from one person to another.
I say for certainty that transformation is possible for I have lived this transformation first hand.

I feel myself, I know myself, for there is no other way.
How else did we land here if not in faith, for faith paves the way.

This isn't the first business I started....
Several years ago I trained as Hyponobirthing Teacher. It was part of my returning to love, the nurturing of the Mother and Baby through nervous system regulation awakened a deep remembrance within me.
I created an offering, I created a website, I had all my ducks in a row. Yet it went nowhere.
I left the project behind, nurtured by the experience but left wondering, what could I have done better?
Later that year a million pound hypnobirthing company got a deal on dragons den - that was my proof of concept.
Then it hit me, my fear of being seen was what stopped my medicine being received by those who would benefit. I didn't have a social media presence, I didn't show my face, I didn't put myself out there beyond the women close to me. I was too scared.
This is why I know BEING SEEN is the number ONE thing you need to work on if you are truly passionate about your people receiving your work. If you want to be of service, if you want to share your divine truth, if you want to truly make an impact in this world, YOU HAVE TO BE SEEN.

It's not unusual to suppress the urge to express
In fact as mammals many of us have adapted this way.
The moans of groans of the deep dark forest,
bare no resemblance to home.
Yet the few and far between us groan,
and they sound pretty serene.
I jest, for the significant others in our life hold us accountable always.
'Why did you say that?', 'What did you mean?', 'Why not?'.
It feels a bore, like trying is hardly worth it. Why explain, and explode all at once when it's easier to take on another persona...the quiet one.
No-one will bother you then, no one will harm your peace.
You can gather your energy, reside in the abode of your comfort, and slowly wither away.
The heart you have beats for intelligence, for life, for forthcoming and bravery.
It does not decline you because you stand still, but it will berate you all the same.
Standing still is the most painful existence, no movement, no flare, no dance, no song. It is awfully cumbersome, yet awfully resilient. When we try to shake off the fear, the uncloaking, the deep unmasking - it hardly shifts. It seems one may hear the call, yet still forget how to howl.
So I ask you not to parade and dance on full moon, and make pleasure on new moon. I ask you to listen to your own rhythm, your own dance, your own way of moving. This my dear is the fastest way to find your flow. Not in someone else's pond, but in your own.
My weekly rhythm changes but is fixed, known and unknown, berated and believed all at once. For I follow the Stars, the Moon, the Sun and the Significant moments in my life with grace. All dancing on top of one another, scrambling for attention. But I know it is not wise to love one child more deeply than the other, they are all dear to me.
So I listen to my chest, I flirt with my rhythm. I invite her to dance inside me, and fill my bosom with her truth. For I am the only truth I am looking for, and yours is the only truth you will find.
Read this as you may, it does not quite matter.
